A&A assists candidates and organizations build the resources you need to win big. We provide advice on data management, donor prospect research, ask strategy, solicitation, and cultivating donor relationships. Voter Targeting

A&A will analyze voting patterns and previous election data to assist candidates and organizations in identifying the most likely voters to communicate with, as well as identifying new opportunities for support and voter engagement.

Voter contact wins elections. A&A will guide you to build effective field plans, ensuring that short-term and long-term goals are set to communicate with and persuade voters.

Branding and Web Presence

Messaging & Communications

Campaigns need a clear, concise, and consistent message to convey who the candidate is, why they are running, and why they are the best choice for voters. A&A advises campaigns on developing powerful messaging that speaks to the needs of their community and wins elections. 

Public Relations

A&A works with campaigns to amplify their message by building strong relationships with local press outlets and media organizations. We coach candidates earned media by drafting press releases, pitching stories, and preparing for interviews and candidate forums. A&A also support campaign teams with writing letters to the editor and encouraging vocal community dialog about issues impacting the people in the district.

Mail

Communicating with voters through an effective mail program is easy with A&A’s assistance. We work with experienced union print shops to design and launch appealing political mailings that connect with voters and arrive on-time.

Political Strategy

Navigating the many community institutions and influencers is one of the more complex aspects of successful campaigns. With A&A’s support, your campaign can build mutually beneficial relationships that strengthen and sustain the political power of your community. A&A provides expert advice on gaining support through endorsements of institutions and trusted community leaders.

Staff Training

A&A knows a candidate is only as strong as their team. We support candidates by recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to balance the many demands of political campaigns. We provide staff with the training, advice, and deliverables they need to build capacity and momentum.

Candidate Coaching

A&A provides consistent and continuous candidate coaching throughout a campaign cycle. We offer weekly meetings to ensure efficient use of the candidate’s time and energy, and to reflect on strengths and opportunities for improvement.
